Eric started working for his family in heavy-highway & bridge construction at a young age. He eventually shed his toolbelt and moved into commercial construction as a superintendent while attending college. Eric learned commercial construction as he worked for several of the largest premier contractors in the United States. He has personally been involved in building over $2.5B combined contract values across several high-end commercial construction projects including high-rises, hospitality, and a multi-purpose sports arena; including projects ranging from $180M - $550M.
Upon leaving the contracting world, Eric lead and developed the Construction Division for a large national commercial real estate development firm and successfully built over $400M in developments across the U.S.; this included overseeing hundreds of build to suit developments in retail, restaurant, office, and other types of commercial assets.
Eric met his wife while attending Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. There he worked full-time in heavy-civil & commercial construction, while gaining his B.S. in Construction Science.

Our Values
Intentional Relationships:
Our heart is to build lasting relationships with our partners, customers and vendors. Our relationships are how Cattlemen came to be in business, and largely why we enjoy utilizing our network to equip others for success. ‘Intentionality’ means your priorities are our priorities, and that we are here to help you meet your goals.
Integrity & Diligence:
We care about our reputation because we care about you. We are the folks that are willing to be honest when others won’t. We strive to be known for our honesty and our heart. Diligence means ‘careful and persistent work,’ which we are committed to providing in all of our services. We will earn and honor your trust because our word is our bond. We’re committed to doing what’s right and shooting-straight with the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Generosity & Missions:
Cattlemen values the biblical principle of generosity; what we have is given to us and there is a divine purpose for it. God invites everyone to be on mission in different ways, but His greatest desire is for us to know Him and have a relationship with Him. Cattlemen’s Mission is to reach and help people every day in all we do. Each year, Cattlemen commits a portion of its profits and time to both fund and participate in missional efforts locally & abroad.
